Vocational Training

MFP offers vocational training and life skills, including hands-on experience in community clean-up and landscaping, to youth and young adults. Additionally, MFP connects youth with external job resources and opportunities. Baltimore youth earn MFP stipends for cleaning neighborhoods, promoting environmental investment, and community respect. They're driven to clean-up sites in their communities. Targeted efforts persist until communities achieve self-sufficiency, with local MFP youth ensuring consistency.
